Meet Bill
Founder, builder and the person you will deal with.
I’m Bill. Since I was a kid, I have always loved building. I like taking an ordinary space and turning it into somewhere people genuinely enjoy living.
I did my apprenticeship in the Waikato, working on everything from old villas to new builds. It taught me the trade properly, and the Waikato is also where I met Martha, my wife.
We moved up to Auckland and started our business in 2008 with a simple dream: to help good people create a home they are proud of. We still run it the same way, with straight answers, good workmanship and care for the people living through the build.

What happens after I request an estimate?+
We will get in touch to understand the project and agree the most useful next step. That might be a phone call, a site visit or a request for a little more detail.
Is the estimate really free?+
Yes. The first estimate and the conversation that goes with it cost you nothing, and there is no obligation to go ahead. It is simply a chance to see whether we are the right fit for your project.
What kind of work do you take on?+
Renovations, extensions and new builds. If you are not sure which one your project is, choose "I am not sure yet" on the form and we will work it out with you.
Do I need plans or drawings before I get in touch?+
No. A short description, your suburb and a few photos are plenty to start. If you already have plans, tick the box on the form and you can send them through afterwards.
